Q. Are artificial flowers similar to the real thing?
A. These days, artificial and silk flower arrangements can be a very close resemblance to the real thing. We only provide the best quality artificial flower tributes as we are sure that this is what you would want as a discerning customer.
Q. How long will it take for my tribute to arrive?
A. We aim to dispatch all tributes 24 hours after payment is received. We send all our flowers by courier, and they aim to deliver between one and three days. If you need funeral flowers by a specific date please contact us on 07423 456848 so that we can adapt delivery to your requirements.
Q. You do provide a message to go with the tribute?
A. We provide you with a blank card so that you can add your own personal message to your tribute.
Q. How long would you expect the floral tribute to last?
A. Artificial and silk flowers by nature are extremely long lasting but the actual time will very much depend on location and weather conditions.
Q. Do you take payments over the phone?
A. Payments are taken through our secure online shop when you place your order.
Q. Can I order more than one tribute?
A. Yes you can. Simply choose the first tribute that you require in our online shop and then continue shopping until you have made the selections that you require.
Q. Can you send the tributes to the funeral director?
A. Yes. When placing your order you can select a different billing and delivery address. We would recommend that you inform the funeral director that the tribute will be arriving.
